Have you ever seen the Disney Channel show Jessie? Although the kids are all adopted they are legally siblings. The youngest, Zuri, is a little too young to get paired up with her older sibs but Luke, Emma and Ravi are all around the same age and are very shippable. I personally prefer Luke/Ravi in a brocest ship but Luke/Emma are also very popular in the fandom. You should check it out.

Thanks for the recommendation, Anon! I have never properly seen Jessie but I am somewhat familiar with it and have seen bits and pieces. It’s interesting (and really cool), that those ships exist in fandom even though it’s an incestuous situation. 

Totally random but there’s a line in the beloved and missed “The Middleman” where these artists are throwing an event and someone tells a guy to hang his “nude self portrait” and he replies with “hey! that’s my sister” (Its slightly incesty line and I’ll share if there are more in my rewatch)

It’s giving me all these weird ideas for AU’s where one of the siblings is a painter and ends up painting a nude portrait of their sibling. Or the relationship is already incestuous and someone finds the painting, which has been hidden away.

I like it as a funny thing, though it reminds me a little of Consent. Joshua didn’t paint – he worked with video – but you could clearly see echoes of his feelings for Amanda in his projects. 

So in my activity this picture looked like they were in Jaeger suits and I thought to myself, “Is that a Pacific Rim AU? I don’t remember reblogging that!”, and then I pulled up the image and saw that actually they’re dressed like they’re in some kind of bovine motorcycle gang. But it gave me massive Pacific Rim AU feels. I kept thinking about how they wouldn’t be drift compatible AT ALL because they are total opposites and would constantly want to do different things but then they make such a good team and understand each other so well and maybe they really would be drift compatible. FEELS.
